Tell us about you?
I'm a Sydney based designer, constantly curious and exploring new ways of being creative. Coming from an architectural background, I've always had an awareness of space and framing, photography has since become a forever secondary aspect to my practice as a creative. Now days it's becoming more prominent as I am constantly experiencing opportunities to capture experiences visually.

What influences you?
There are some great books out there... But I think I'm influenced the most by people I spend time with and the experiences I share with them. In terms of photography, there is an awesome community of photographers in Melbourne who are always up for hanging out and exchanging knowledge and techniques. Probably the most influential people in my life are more design focused, people like Don Norman, I'm also a big fan of Yuvan Noah Harari. The reflective and level of focus that he emits in his research is inspiring.
What Motivates you as an Artist?
I wouldn't call myself an artist! But in many of my actions, I have a goal to encourage people to think more deeply about what it is that they are experiencing. Think about moments, think about your impact and how it effects others. Under what you are feeling and what are others feeling.
What are you working on at the moment?
I haven't been spending much time with my photography practice at the moment, however I've spent a lot of my time in COVID re-connecting with my passion for music. So I've spent a bit of time messing around and playing tunes.
What does the theme 'United' mean to you?
Suffering in silence is one thing, suffering together unites us. I've found the land of COVID quite interesting because, while we are segregated from spending time with one another, we have United and bonded in ways that I didn't think were possible.
