Zara Swindells-Grose is a Director of Humour Australia (or HA!) and a member of the International Positive Psychology Association. She is also a multi-talented presenter, writer and performer with hundreds of credits; as a recording artist, on stage and screen, as a radio & television host, a Speaker Coach to professional speakers... and as a popular corporate conference facilitator and MC. Zara believes "Good humour is Good Business" and that there is power in humour for improving health, happiness and the bottom line.

Zara believes many businesses are suffering from an epidemic of over-seriousness and that there is now a common misconception; that "capability" and "seriousness" are the same attribute, when they are in no way related.
